Conceptualised pre- and during-event consumer engagement programme for popular technology convention – The IT Show 2013. The pre-event initiative began with the ‘I.T. Begins Now!’ campaign that rewarded followers with chances to win iPad minis and a Macbook Air. Winning chances were allocated according to the ability of followers to influence their social network to connect with and follow I.T. Show 2013 on social media.
